Page Intro
Option A
DecisionThis is Option A — a Market Detail page per sector (§02 links out; see the template at §03/market-detail.html). Option B keeps Markets self-contained instead, with no per-sector pages. Worth showing the client both: Mariottini won't have projects to back every one of the nine markets on day one, and Option A means writing and photographing eight more sector pages before launch.

It's Not the Market.
It's the Method.

The riskiest hire in construction might be the team that has "done a hundred of these." That's when autopilot switches on. Assumptions replace homework, someone else's process gets pasted onto yours, and nobody thinks critically about the gaps. .

Your build isn't a rerun. No two projects are the same, even inside the same market.

We bring the same critical thinking, and relentless process to every project regardless of the market it's in.

NoteThis intro is doing strategic work worth naming. It argues method matters more than market experience — exactly the argument a company needs when entering markets it hasn't built in yet. It pre-empts the sector gaps below, and means the page can hold together if the sector pages don't over-promise.

GapNine sectors claimed. The 65-project portfolio supports about five. Two have zero projects. Proof depth is noted on each card below. This is a business decision about what to claim, not a design one — it was flagged on page 6 of the brand strategy.

Public Sector

Public dollars demand public accountability.

Proof5 projects — includes Fermilab
CopyEight sector detail pages need writing. Only Self-Storage has detail-page copy. The other eight need parallel copy at roughly 400–600 words each, plus imagery — and two of them have no projects to photograph.
NoteFermilab is an asset being under-used. A particle physics detector building is real proof of technical complexity, MEP coordination and commissioning discipline — the capabilities data centre and industrial owners screen for. It's the strongest bridge between what Mariottini has built and where it wants to go.

Closing CTA

Bring Us the One Nobody Else Wants

Do you have a project that’s difficult to get done?
The build everyone else is afraid to touch?

We're Built For That.

CopyReused verbatim from Home's closing CTA — the docx has no Markets-specific closing copy. "Bring Us the One Nobody Else Wants" isn't sector-specific, and it echoes this page's own argument (method over market experience), so it holds up here. Worth confirming whether reusing Home's block is the intended system for every page's closing CTA, or whether Markets should eventually get its own.
