Alternate Layout
Option B
DecisionSame page, two layouts — for the client to choose between. Option A gives every sector its own Market Detail page (§03 there). This version keeps Markets self-contained: no drill-down, no per-sector template, and it doesn't imply equal proof across all nine sectors up front. Worth showing both before committing — Mariottini won't have projects to back every market on day one, and Option A's Market Detail template means writing and photographing eight more sector pages before launch.

Page Intro

It's Not the Market.
It's the Method.

The riskiest hire in construction might be the team that has "done a hundred of these." That's when autopilot switches on. Assumptions replace homework, someone else's process gets pasted onto yours, and nobody thinks critically about the gaps. .

Your build isn't a rerun. No two projects are the same, even inside the same market.

We bring the same critical thinking, and relentless process to every project regardless of the market it's in.

Market Sectors

GapNine sectors claimed. The 65-project portfolio supports about five. Three have zero projects (Industrial and Cold Storage, Data Centers, Hospitality — two restaurants, no hotels). Proof depth is noted on each card below rather than split into separate sections — this is a business decision about what to claim, not a design one.

Commercial and Office

Space tenants count on, delivered when the lease says so.

Proof~5 projects — thin but viable
Sector Image

Industrial and Cold Storage

Tight tolerances and live systems, with no room for rework.

Proof0 projects — named in the homepage headline

Self-Storage

$200M+ completed. The proving ground for how we build everything else.

Proof27 projects — 42% of the portfolio

Retail

Every opening date has revenue riding on it. Build like it.

Proof~20 projects — second deepest

Data Centers

Power, cooling, and commissioning, sequenced to the day.

Proof0 projects — highest-risk claim on the site

Healthcare and Education

Occupied campuses and strict codes. Zero tolerance for shortcuts.

Hospitality

Guest-ready down to the last light fixture.

Proof0 hotels — two restaurants only

Multi-Family

Hundreds of front doors, one opening date that can’t be missed.

Proof5 projects — viable

Public Sector

Public dollars demand public accountability.

Proof5 projects — includes Fermilab
NoteNo per-sector link out. Unlike Option A, these cards don't drill into a Market Detail template — the sector image, one-liner and (with notes on) proof stat are the whole story. That's what makes this layout self-contained: nothing here depends on writing eight more sector pages.
NoteFermilab is an asset being under-used. A particle physics detector building is real proof of the technical complexity (MEP coordination, commissioning discipline) that Industrial and Data Centers owners screen for — worth a cross-reference given how thin those two sectors are otherwise.
